- Confirm SOW, kickoff date, and primary contacts
- Share brand assets, domains, and existing credentials (securely)
- Approve staging URL access list
- Schedule weekly check-ins (30 min)
- Define launch checklist and success metrics
- Introduce Softlinks support channel for go-live week
