What do you need?
FAQ
Pricing questions, answered
How Softlinks engagement models, product licenses, and the estimator fit together before you request a proposal.
Do you still sell old SEO packages?
No. Softlinks focuses on software products and custom builds. Marketing services are handled separately via AzAd Solutions when needed.
How accurate is the cost estimator?
It is an indicative planning range — not a quote. Website and custom-build floors start from the figures shown; Softlinks product and Industry OS modes mirror published plan prices from each product’s pricing page. A scoped proposal confirms the real number.
Are product licenses separate from Softlinks setup?
Yes. Subscription or license fees are billed per product (Clinicly, Workspace, Edument, and others). Softlinks setup and light customization are estimated on top when you pick a product path in the calculator.
Who owns the IP on a custom build?
Custom project IP ownership is defined in the statement of work. Product licenses remain Softlinks/AzAd IP with your tenant data belonging to you.
Can we start small?
Yes — many clients start with a product license or a narrow first version, then expand via a build retainer once the workflow is proven.
Fixed project, retainer, or license — which should we choose?
Choose a fixed project for a clear MVP or rollout with a defined launch. Use a retainer when you need ongoing features after go-live. License a Softlinks product when an Industry OS or workspace already fits most of the job.
