Which Softlinks product fits?

What do you need most?
How the recommendation works
Three questions, and what they decide
The recommender is not scoring you against a database. It asks the same three things we ask on a first call — what sector you operate in, what the software has to do, and whether you are replacing something or starting fresh — because those answers narrow the suite fast.
Sector points at whether an Industry OS already covers your operations: clinics, schools, agencies, and trade businesses each have one. The job to be done separates an operational platform from a mail and workspace problem, which is a different product line entirely. And whether you are replacing a system decides how much of the engagement is a migration rather than a build.
When the answer comes back as a custom build, that is the honest outcome rather than a sales push — it means no product in the suite models your workflow closely enough to be worth bending. Build vs buy sets out how that call is usually made, and the estimator puts a range against it. Treat all of it as a starting point: a ten-minute conversation beats a three-question form every time.
