Education

Schools, colleges, and institutes get a cloud SIS and operations OS, staff portals, parent apps, and learning products — without heavy on-prem IT.

How education software actually gets bought

School software is bought under pressure, one crisis at a time: a fee tool because collections slipped, a results sheet because exams arrived, WhatsApp groups because parents needed telling. Every piece was rational on its own, and together they produce a school where no two systems agree on how many students are enrolled.

A rollout that holds starts with records — students, guardians, staff, classes — because attendance, exams, and fees all read from them and none of it can be trusted until they are right. Staff go live first and families follow, since a parent portal showing wrong fee balances creates more work than it removes. Groups run one tenant per campus so head office can report across all of them without forcing identical processes.

Challenges we see

  • Parents hard to reach reliably
  • Admissions and fees in fragmented tools
  • No mobile channel for families

Typical outcomes

  • School Management OS
  • Ops portals
  • Play Store family apps
