Keep the link crawlable — no nofollow needed, and no need to open in a new tab if that is not your convention. If your site has a strict Content Security Policy, a plain link needs no exception. Restyle the text to match your footer; the only ask is that the wording stays accurate about what we built or which product is running.

Where you need a logo rather than text, take the mark from the press kit instead of recreating it, and keep the clear space and colours as supplied. Co-branded badges for resellers and technology partners are issued through the partner programme, since those assert a relationship and need to be approved rather than copied.
