Each session is a working walkthrough rather than a slide deck: the system on screen, real workflows, and the parts that are awkward left visible. They run around forty minutes with time for questions at the end, and every one is recorded so the replay is useful to whoever could not attend live.

They are aimed at the people who will operate the software — school administrators, clinic managers, agency owners, ops leads — not at developers. No prior setup is needed, and nothing in a session requires you to be a customer to follow along.

A private workshop is the same thing scoped to one organization: your data model, your roles, and the specific decisions you are weighing. Those usually happen during evaluation or just before a rollout, and they tend to be more useful than a demo because the questions are yours.
